What do I want?
Simple enough question, right? It's often hard to answer. Fact is, most people have no idea what they want. I like to call it... default mode.
Being in default mode is like being sleep, ya dig. When you're sleep, your mind is on auto-pilot. You're thinking just "because"... there's no rhyme or reason to it. You ain't consciously thinking, so therefore, you ain't thinking at all.
Now, just imagine if you got in tune with what you want... deep down. You know the things you may "wish" or hope you have. The perfect career, a new home, a new car, a new spouse, whatever your heart truly desires.
All you need is 5 minutes. Just 5 minutes of conscious thought about what you really want can make your hopes a reality. So, think about what you want for 5 minutes everyday and watch how that little act of meditation will change your life.
